We know orders don't go as planned, maybe you ordered too much material or maybe you even decided to go in a completely different direction, we've got you! We offer a 30 day return policy for all of our un-used products. We can refund the original price of the item or exchange for another product from the store. We are committed to making sure your project comes out right, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any issue with an order.

 

INITIATE RETURN PROCESS

 

• Email returns@rothmetalflake.com to request your RMA #.
• Please include your first and last name in the email and specify what items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Including your order number in the subject line is most helpful.
• Your return will be confirmed by Roth Metal Flake shortly after receipt and instructions will be given on how to send your product back.

PLEASE NOTE

 

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A pre-paid return label will be offered to return the item(s) and the amount will be debited from the refund.
• Initial outbound shipping is not refundable. There is an exception for defective and damaged orders or incorrect items shipped.
• All expendable products, i.e. Paint, Metal Flakes, Pearls, are weighed upon receipt.
• Products must be received in an un-used condition.
• We cannot accept returns on any custom made products such as quarts or aerosols of paint that were specially mixed for an order. Please understand this when purchasing.
